Rebranding a city with both boots on the ground and an eye to the future

Justin, TX (population 5000+ in 2020) is going through what many small towns on the peripheral of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex are going through, the potential of growth. Not wanting to be left behind, the city wanted to rebrand to draw business. Justin, like many small towns had no clear branding, with many old logos on many different marketing material and departments. It wanted to create a simple brand system for all departments. The town long tied to its western roots, looked to make it the center of the rebrand.
